Returns and Refunds

At TheLuxSkin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at brookedestroy@hotmail.it with photos of the product. We will evaluate each case individually and arrange for a replacement or refund. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
